Mr. Rohrman, I wanted to send you an email and personally thank you for
the wonderful experience I had at your Arlington Acura Dealership on
2-13[2013]. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new
vehicle! I went to 3 Acura dealerships before purchasing and the other
could not even come close to the level of customer service your people
had. I have have worked in customer service and sales or 20 years and I
know how important t is to really care about your customer and their
needs. Your people at this dealership clearly do. They were
knowledgeable about the product and really worked with me and my husband
to make the deal happen. Bill, who sold me the car, was the most
professional and caring person I dealt with in my shopping. He took his
time with me and made the whole experience from start finish run
smoothly. I could of not been in better hands. After we finished our
paper work he showed me everything in the car and answer all of my
questions, which took well after the store was closed. Who does that?
He went above and beyond and I really appreciate that all he did.
Sevan, in used cars, spent time on talking to me about my trade and made
me feel reassured that I was doing the right thing. Frank, who did my
loan, was an enjoyment and to be with. I could stayed in his office and
talked with him for hours. He really wanted to make sure my payment
was affordable and my car was taken care of for years to come. I really
left feeling very happy and had piece of mind that if I needed
something these people would be there for me. Amy followed up with me
the next day also delivered the same caring and was wonderful to talk
with. I plan on doing all my service at that dealership even though I
live 4 miles of a Schaumburg Acura store.
All in all, from start to
finish your dealership exceeded my expectations and made me a believer
that there are still people out there who really care about their
customer. I love my new car and could not of made a better decision.
